BlueCortex AI provides autonomous cybersecurity solutions including ThreatLens and Tarhy platforms. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
4. Limitation of Liability
BlueCortex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara.
