Generalist AI Engineer

Remote / Hybrid • Engineering Team

The Role

We're looking for a generalist AI engineer who can navigate the modern AI landscape with confidence and curiosity. Rather than specialists locked into a single niche, we want engineers who are excited to work across the full spectrum—from LLMs and agentic AI to AI-assisted software development and cybersecurity applications. You'll work on diverse projects, wear multiple hats, and continuously learn as the field evolves.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems

Develop agentic AI solutions that autonomously reason, plan, and execute complex tasks

Leverage AI coding agents and assistants to accelerate software development workflows

Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

Work on AI security and cybersecurity-focused AI solutions

Implement fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks

Contribute to research and stay current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities

Collaborate across teams to bring AI solutions from prototype to products

Technical Skills

•Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript
•Deep understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and generative AI
•Hands-on experience with foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.)
•Experience building agentic systems and AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
•Proficiency with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.)
•Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant)
•Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and production AI systems

Nice to Have

•Experience in cybersecurity or AI security domains
•Knowledge of adversarial ML, red teaming, or model robustness
•Background in multi-agent orchestration and autonomous systems
•Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, RLHF, or DPO
•Academic research background or publications in AI/ML
